Job summary

Artifintech is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with strong financial domain knowledge to design, build, and optimize interactive dashboards and financial reports. You will translate complex financial requirements into actionable insights working with finance and business stakeholders.

The role focuses on data modeling, DAX calculations, and data source integration from SQL databases, Excel, and enterprise systems, while ensuring data security and governance across dashboards.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL and large datasets.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to design executive-level dashboards and KPI reports.
• Familiarity with Power BI Service, workspace management, and report deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and financial reports.
• Work closely with finance teams and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Develop complex data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations.
• Analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including SQL databases, Excel, and enterprise systems.
• Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
• Implement data security, including Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across financial reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business intelligence solutions.
