Job summary

Artifintech in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Power BI & Data Analytics Consultant to support enterprise BI initiatives within the banking and financial services industry.

The ideal candidate will design and develop complex Power BI dashboards, understand cloud-based data pipelines, and translate complex business requirements into meaningful insights for executive reporting and CIO-level dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing Power BI solutions.
• 3+ years of experience working with cloud platforms.
• Strong experience designing and developing complex Power BI reports, dashboards, and enterprise reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Power BI dashboards, executive reports, and enterprise-level BI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into interactive dashboards and actionable reporting.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Power BI architecture, data modeling, relationships, DAX, and performance optimization.
• Work with cloud teams to understand data pipelines and enterprise data environments.
• Understand end-to-end data flows, including ingestion, transformation, integration, and reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineering and cloud teams to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and processing activities.
• Apply dimensional modeling and BI best practices for scalable reporting solutions.
• Support enterprise reporting initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders.
