Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions in Arlington, VA seeks a Microsoft Power BI Developer to support the USPS-OIG contract. You will focus on BI reporting, data modeling, and building dashboards using Power BI, DAX, and M queries.

Collaborating with OCIO and stakeholders, you will design dataflows, implement RLS, optimize performance, and deliver high-quality analytics across data warehouses and data marts. Candidates should have 4+ years in BI and a PL-300 or related degree.

Qualifications

• Experience with ETL processes and data modeling concepts.
• Proficiency in BI design across data warehouses and data marts.
• Strong knowledge of DAX and M for Power BI reports.

Responsibilities

• Implement BI solutions using Power BI and related tools.
• Create data models, establish relationships and build complex measures.
• Develop interactive dashboards with parameters and navigation.
• Publish, schedule, and share reports and scorecards.
• Collaborate with OCIO team to define requirements and architecture.
