Recru is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to migrate legacy Power BI reports and financial models to a modern Databricks-based analytics platform. This hands-on role requires someone who can step in quickly, work independently, and own complex migrations with minimal supervision.

You will collaborate with Data Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to translate logic, validate KPIs and financial calculations, and ensure data quality.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development with advanced DAX and Power Query
• Experience migrating Power BI reports and data models
• 1-2+ years Databricks experience including Unity Catalog and Delta tables
• Advanced SQL, dimensional modeling, and data profiling
• Experience collaborating with Data Engineering and business stakeholders
• Azure DevOps, UAT, deployment, and production support experience
• Troubleshooting data discrepancies independently
• Strong communication with Data Engineering, QA, PM, and business stakeholders
• Proactively identifying risks and blockers without micromanagement

We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Senior Power BI Developer to support the migration of legacy Power BI reports and financial models to a modern Databricks-based analytics platform. This role requires someone who can step in quickly, work independently, and own complex report and semantic model migrations with minimal supervision.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development, including advanced DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, RLS, and performance optimization
• Proven experience leading or independently executing Power BI report and data model migrations
• 1-2+ years of hands-on Databricks experience, including Unity Catalog, Delta tables, and curated/medallion data layers
• Advanced SQL, dimensional modeling, star schema, data profiling, and reconciliation skills
• Experience performing source-to-target mapping and translating legacy reporting logic to new data structures
• Experience partnering with Data Engineering to determine what transformations/calculations should move upstream into DBT/Databricks vs. remain in DAX
• Experience validating complex KPIs, financial calculations, and business logic
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, UAT, deployment, and production support
• Ability to independently troubleshoot data discrepancies and drive issues through resolution
• Strong communication with Data Engineering, QA, Project Management, and business stakeholders
• Proven ability to proactively identify risks, raise blockers early, and manage deliverables without micromanagement
