Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC in the United States (New Jersey) seeks a senior BI/Data Analytics professional to lead Power BI development, data modeling, and performance optimization. The role focuses on delivering robust dashboards and scalable data solutions for complex datasets.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in BI or analytics, 7+ years hands-on Power BI experience, and strong DAX/Power Query/SQL skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI (Desktop and Service).
• Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M Language), and SQL.
• Experience with data modeling, star/snowflake schema design, and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of Azure Data Platform (Data Lake, Synapse, ADF) is preferred.
• Experience working with large data sets and data visualization principles.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, or other Microsoft Power Platform tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
