Job summary

MSR-FSR is seeking a Power BI Developer/Data Analyst to join our team in Chandler, AZ. You will help structure information and develop integrated reporting using Power BI, SQL Server, DAX, and Power Query in a fast-paced, high-volume documentation environment.

You should be self-motivated, capable of handling large datasets, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and delivering clear analytics, dashboards, and insights that drive operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years related-work experience.
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Software with strong knowledge of Access, Excel and Power BI.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with Power BI report and dashboard development using large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Model complex dimensional data and semantic models.
• Optimize performance for large datasets and reports.
• Develop microservices using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
