Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior Power BI / Dashboard UI Specialist to join our team. You’ll work directly with clients in either a team-augmentation model or as part of a FullStack product team, delivering polished dashboards and BI solutions.

With 5+ years in software development and BI, you’ll design high-end interfaces, model complex data, and ensure scalable performance. This remote role offers access to top startups and Fortune 500 clients, plus strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development and BI experience with Power BI.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Extensive experience in DAX, Power Query (M), semantic modeling, and complex star-schema architecture design.
• Proven experience in designing high-end dashboard interfaces with an extreme focus on UI/UX, usability, layout design, and data visualization best practices.
• Solid background in performance tuning for large-scale Power BI reports and underlying queries.
• Practical experience with data integration from diverse sources including SQL databases, ERP systems, or cloud data warehouses.
• Preferred experience within the Manufacturing, Logistics, or Distribution industries.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients or on a FullStack product team to deliver BI dashboards.
• Design and build Power BI dashboards with strong UI/UX focus.
• Ensure data quality, performance, and scalable architectures for large datasets.
• Collaborate daily with designers and engineers to deliver BI solutions.
• Participate in CI/CD and DevOps practices for dashboards and BI apps.

The Position

We're Looking To Hire a Senior Power BI /Dashboard UI Specialist To Join Our Team. You'll Work With Our Incredible Clients In One Of Two Ways

• Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
• Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We're Looking For
