Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior Power BI /Dashboard UI Specialist to join our AI-native engineering team. You will work with clients either embedded on their teams or as part of a FullStack product squad, delivering high-end dashboards with a strong focus on UI/UX and data visualization.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in software/B.I. development, deep Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling), and experience with large-scale reports, data integration, and Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development and business intelligence experience with Power BI.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Extensive experience in DAX, Power Query (M), semantic modeling, and complex star-schema architecture design.
• Proven experience in designing high-end dashboard interfaces with an extreme focus on UI/UX, usability, layout design, and data visualization best practices.
• Solid background in performance tuning for large-scale Power BI reports and underlying queries.
• Practical experience with data integration from diverse sources including SQL databases, ERP systems, or cloud data warehouses.
• Preferred experience within the Manufacturing, Logistics, or Distribution industries.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.

Responsibilities

• Team up with clients directly or as part of a FullStack product team to deliver dashboards.
• Design and build Power BI dashboards with strong UI/UX and data visualization.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum settings to plan, develop, test, and deploy features.

The Position

We're Looking To Hire a Senior Power BI /Dashboard UI Specialist To Join Our Team. You'll Work With Our Incredible Clients In One Of Two Ways

• Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
• Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We're Looking For
