Job summary

AspenView Technology Partners is seeking a Senior Power BI Analytics Engineer to design, build, and optimize the reporting and data modelling layer for enterprise stakeholders.

You will work end-to-end—from requirements gathering with analysts and business stakeholders to dimensional modelling in the Azure ecosystem and Power BI reports that surface insights. Candidates should bring 6+ years in data engineering/BI and strong SQL, DAX, and Azure skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or BI data modelling.
• 6+ years of proficiency with Power BI, including data warehousing, virtual warehouses, and cost optimization.
• Experience in complex, detailed environments — global organisation architecture and enterprise data solutions.
• Nice to have: experience with AX / D365 F&O data entities and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Power BI reports using data modelling, Power Query, and DAX.
• Run analysis and requirements gathering to translate business logic into data solutions.
• Communicate effectively with data analysts, BI developers, and business stakeholders.
