This contract role focuses on translating requirements into actionable analytics, developing data models, and supporting users with insights that drive business decisions. Ideal candidates have strong communication, data storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Power BI development and reporting experience.
• Proven experience building Power BI reports and dashboards end-to-end.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Power Query, data modeling, and report optimization.
• Ability to independently manage reporting projects from concept through delivery.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Tier4 Group is seeking a Senior Power BI Analyst to partner closely with business stakeholders, assess reporting needs, and deliver impactful Power BI dashboards and reports. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with users, translating requirements into reporting solutions, and driving business insights through data.

What You'll Do

• Meet with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements
• Analyze existing reporting processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Design, build, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports
• Develop data models, queries, and visualizations to support business decision-making
• Work with technical teams to obtain and validate required data

Required Qualifications
