Job summary

Analog Devices, a global leader in semiconductors, seeks a Principal Engineer for Power Architecture to shape next-generation systems across drone, robot, and satellite applications. You will bridge customer needs with system-level power design, influencing product direction and delivering high-value power solutions.

This role emphasizes collaboration across engineering disciplines, strong circuit fundamentals, and the ability to engage customers while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in hardware power architecture or related field.
• System-level power requirements and trade-offs experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Connect power architecture choices to overall system performance (size, efficiency, noise, signal chain).
• Evaluate trade-offs across power architectures and recommend differentiated approaches.
• Influence future ADI products by defining new power features and performance requirements.
• Create high-value technical collateral and reference designs for growth areas.
• Build relationships with customers, field teams, and internal groups to deliver complete power solutions.
• Demonstrate credibility with customers via strong technical background (MSEE or equivalent).
