Job summary

Saliense is seeking a seasoned Power Platform engineer to design, develop, and maintain Power Apps, SharePoint Online, and Power Automate solutions for mission-critical processes in Chambersburg, PA. This 4/10 schedule means four 10-hour onsite days weekly.

You will integrate Dataverse, SQL, REST APIs, and Power BI to deliver dashboards and automated workflows while ensuring security, compliance, and scalable designs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Bachelors Degree required; DoD/DoW clearance or ability to obtain is required.
• IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GSEC, or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps, SharePoint Online, and Power Automate solutions.
• Create and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, content types, and permissions for secure collaboration.
• Build automated workflows with Power Automate including approvals and notifications.
• Integrate Power Apps/SharePoint with Dataverse, SQL, REST APIs, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Configure data connections, validation rules, and real-time data synchronization.
• Customize UI/UX to align with branding and usability standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into designs.
• Develop technical documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Create Power BI dashboards to measure KPIs and solution impact.
• Monitor and optimize solutions for performance and reliability.
