Job summary

PharmaCann seeks a Manager of Post Production to lead the Lothian, MD facility’s post harvest and warehouse operations. You will manage staffing, implement processes, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and safety.

You will coordinate with Manufacturing leadership and other departments to optimize throughput and quality for finished goods delivery, reporting to the GM of Manufacturing. Salary ranges reflect industry norms in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience overseeing post harvest and warehouse operations.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments (Supply Chain, QA, IT, HR).

Responsibilities

• Direct the post harvest and warehouse facility operations to maintain staffing, workflow, quality, and safety.
• Train and guide Post Harvest and Warehouse management to perform at high standards.
• Coordinate weekly objectives, projects and planning with other departments ensuring compliance and timeliness.
• Oversee inventory, receiving, and FIFO processes and conduct audits.
• Provide leadership to ensure alignment with PharmaCann vision and values.
