Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor of Farm at the Lothian Cultivation Facility to lead a team through ongoing cultivation cycles, ensuring high-quality cannabis and optimal yields.

You will coordinate with Production and oversee staffing, supplies, and compliance in a safety-focused environment. Responsibilities include training staff, enforcing policies, and maintaining efficient workflows while reporting to the Manager of Production.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1–2 years of leadership in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience supervising small teams and coordinating farming objectives.
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Farm department team to meet weekly production objectives and ensure high-quality yields.
• Oversee training, coaching, and evaluating Farm staff; enforce company policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance and safety; manage attendance, scheduling, and workflow within the cultivation facility.
