Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Senior POS Analyst to optimize POS systems across locations. You will analyze transaction data, improve configurations, and ensure data accuracy to support data-driven decisions. Collaboration with operations, IT, finance, and marketing is essential for successful promotions and site performance.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in POS or data analysis, strong Excel/SQL/BI skills, and a detail-oriented mindset suited to a multi-location retail/service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience with POS systems, business systems analysis, or data analysis.
• Experience in retail, multi-location, or service-based industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze POS data and transaction trends to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Manage and support POS system configurations, updates, and enhancements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across POS platforms.
• Identify and troubleshoot system issues, coordinating with IT and vendors for resolution.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to sales, transactions, and site performance.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to support promotions, pricing, and campaigns within POS systems.
• Assist with system integrations between POS, CRM, and financial systems.
• Support new site openings and POS implementations, including setup and testing.
• Document system processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Train end users on POS functionality and provide ongoing support.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.

Starting Pay Rate:Position Summary:Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior POS Analyst to support the management, optimization, and performance of point-of-sale (POS) systems across all locations. This role will be responsible for analyzing transaction data, improving system functionality, and ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
