Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a detail-oriented Fraud Analyst & Revenue Protection Specialist to safeguard company revenue and operational integrity. You will monitor fraud activity, investigate issues, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Responsibilities include reporting, data analysis with tools like Power BI and QuickBase, and improving systems and processes. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
