Qualifications

• 2–4 years of investment or adjacent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, math, or quantitative field preferred.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and institutional investing.
• Exceptional attention to detail in client and portfolio analytics.
• Excellent quantitative aptitude and Excel modeling; Python, data pipelines, APIs, and portfolio analytics software are a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and emerging tools in an investment context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring workflows for the Portfolio Management Team, keeping reporting and data accurate.
• Monitor and communicate portfolio risk measures: factor exposures, illiquidity budgeting, concentration, and resilience.
• Support market and asset-allocation research by identifying macro opportunities and translating them into decisions.
• Connect manager-level decisions to portfolio-level implications.
• Assist with performance attribution and return decomposition to inform sizing and rebalancing.
• Help build and improve tools, dashboards, and processes using Excel, SQL, Python, Bloomberg, MSCI, Capital IQ, and other platforms.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and learn new tools for production use.
• Support client requests, allocation and sizing decisions, and liquidity planning with bespoke modeling.
