Job summary

TIAA in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Manager Portfolio Operations & Reporting to lead the IBOR maintenance, portfolio accounting, performance calculations, and investment reporting for our advisory services. You will partner with Investments, Trading, IT, and Data Governance to streamline processes and boost efficiency.

You will own Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX), manage data and cloud migration, oversee vendor relationships, and guide governance, controls, and audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of investment performance experience
• Experience with portfolio accounting, performance calculation, and investment reporting
• Experience managing vendor relationships and cloud migration projects

Responsibilities

• Owns APX including policies, governance, data maintenance, integrations, and reports
• Manages data for portfolios, groups, securities, pricing, reconciliations, performance, composites, benchmarks, and indices; handles standard and ad-hoc reports
• Designs strategies and tools for portfolio operations and report creation
• Leads cross-department initiatives; trains staff on portfolio accounting, performance calculation, and reporting
• Manages migration of portfolio software to cloud and onboarding of Back Office resources
• Manages vendor relationships for cloud hosting, upgrades, and custom report development
