The Senior Manager Portfolio Operations & Reporting at TIAA will lead IBOR-related functions, portfolio accounting, performance calculation, and investment reporting for the firm's advisory services. You will own APX and oversee data governance, valuations, reconciliations, and vendor data feeds.

Collaborate with Investments, Trading, IT and Data Governance to streamline processes, migrate the portfolio management system to the cloud, and strengthen controls and reporting quality.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of investment performance experience; 7+ years preferred.
• Experience leading portfolio operations and reporting activities.

Responsabilidades

• Owns the APX portfolio management software including policies, data governance, integrations and audits.
• Manages data for portfolios, groups, securities, pricing, reconciliations and performance reporting.
• Designs and implements processes for portfolio operations and report creation.
• Leads cross-department collaboration to integrate portfolio accounting with investments, trading and IT.
• Oversees migration of portfolio management software to the cloud and onboarding of resources.
• Manages vendor relationships for cloud hosting, upgrades, and reporting support.
