Job summary

Pinnacle seeks a Portfolio Manager to lead ongoing management and surveillance of loan transactions within Structured Lending Atlanta (SLD ATL). You will oversee credit facilities to private credit managers, specialty finance companies, and asset-backed lending transactions, within the Specialty Finance line of business.

This role offers broad exposure to complex structured credit across the full deal lifecycle and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with 5+ years in commercial

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in commercial credit, portfolio management/operations, or structured products.
Direct experience originating, underwriting, or managing structured finance loans (CLOs, ABS, ABL).
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with clients.
Self-directed and able to manage a complex workload without micromanagement.

Responsibilities

Oversee loan surveillance and compliance for the SLD ATL portfolio.
Complete quarterly and annual credit reviews for each borrower.
Perform quarterly risk-weighted asset (RWA) assessments for the portfolio.
Assist SLD ATL with new deal origination, underwriting, and transaction modeling.
Support risk management and client management.
