Zohorecruit in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a seasoned Portfolio Manager to steer a high-performing team of program and project managers. You will ensure delivery of complex client programs, maintaining governance, transparency, and financial accountability across the book of business.

The ideal candidate will lead leaders, drive continuous improvement, and mentor Strategic Program Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or related field.
• PMP/PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or ITIL certifications a plus.
• 10+ years in program/project management, with 5+ years leading large, complex IT or infrastructure programs in Professional Services or Managed Services.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and proven track record of managing complex project portfolios.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for multimillion-dollar programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure governance, risk management, and planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI).
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills with high EI

• Manage resource allocation across the portfolio to align with priorities and needs.
• Build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders and delivery teams to monitor portfolio health.

• Lead with emotional intelligence to influence outcomes and resolve conflicts across stakeholder groups.
• Oversee program managers in developing project plans with scope, schedules, and resource needs.
