Job summary

Qualifications

Seven years of relevant IT project delivery experience.
Knowledge of project management methodology.
Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira).
Exposure to software development, Agile, or IT operations.
Ability to balance legal stakeholder needs with system constraints.
Familiarity with CLM systems or similar enterprise workflow tools.
PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive project planning (scope, schedule, budget, resources).
Oversee implementation, enhancement, and optimization of key projects.
Support adoption of legal technology tools (matter management, eBilling, policy management, document automation).
Drive user training, onboarding, documentation, and support processes.
Monitor performance metrics and report to senior leadership.
Develop briefing documents and presentations for stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
