As a Senior Portfolio Manager on Stryker's Sports Medicine team, you will be at the forefront of innovation. In this role, you’ll lead the development of the soft tissue portfolio within the foot and ankle and small joints space. This is a remote position and requires marketing experience in the medical device industry, specifically in the foot and ankle space.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

1. Develop product roadmap and lead strategic planning for expanding the Foot and Ankle soft tissue portfolio.
2. Execute product lifecycle management (PLCM) plans related to business and launch strategies.
3. Anticipate customer and patient needs to create a superior value proposition.
4. Gather insights by leveraging key opinion leaders.
5. Understand customer needs and optimize value propositions.
6. Analyze market research results for validity and reliability, understanding statistical significance and hypothesis testing.
7. Utilize qualitative and quantitative research effectively.
8. Collaborate across departments to lead the new product development process.
9. Understand the new product development process and its business impact.
10. Build financial models to support new product funding and ROI.
11. Deliver business and marketing objectives, leading pre-commercialization discovery.
12. Partner with Product Marketing to develop publication and messaging strategies aligned with clinical evidence.
13. Target customers based on market potential and opportunities.
14. Identify sources of new volume within current and outside customer segments, evaluating financial tradeoffs.
15. Predict sales trends in the market.
16. Develop pricing strategies aligned with brand positioning.
17. Define performance criteria for evaluating business activities.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6 years of work experience
• 3 years of medical device or marketing/sales experience in Foot and Ankle Soft Tissue/Sports Medicine

Preferred:

• 3 years' experience in product management, R&D, or portfolio strategy in Foot and Ankle Soft Tissue/Sports Medicine

Salary ranges from $100,500 to $215,300, plus bonus and benefits. Actual pay varies based on location, skills, and experience.
