Job summary

The role requires at least 4 years in financial services, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with portfolio managers and client teams in a fast-paced environment. In-office role with some flexibility and 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with a financial institution focusing on high net worth client service and sales
  • Investment administration experience desired
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Law desired

Responsibilities

  • Supports aspects of the client portfolio including asset allocation, portfolio construction, security/manager selection, trade execution, risk management and compliance, and investment reviews
  • Assists with engaging clients to review investment performance and anticipated market changes based on economic and industry analysis
  • Performs market analysis, gathers insights, and recommends strategies to support client’s investment goals
  • Supports Portfolio Managers with conducting portfolio composition analysis, asset allocation monitoring, and ensuring investment policy statement quality and completeness
  • Manages and/or executes client investment transactions, while leveraging expertise in portfolio management
  • Coordinates with client teams and partners to deliver an integrated service to the client, while identifying and resolving issues in an effective and timely manner
