Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Senior Associate Portfolio Management to support the investment team through trade execution, research, and comprehensive reporting across equity and fixed income portfolios.

The role balances client management, trading, and research with operational support, with the potential for expanded responsibilities throughout the year. Onsite at posted location in Kansas City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field required.
• CFA Level I candidate or progress toward CFA designation preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment management, portfolio operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage investment accounts with trading authority within guidelines and risk parameters.
• Execute investment decisions including trade timing and portfolio rebalancing.
• Exercise discretion on cash management strategies and raising cash when appropriate.
• Produce monthly/performance reports and client-facing documentation.
• Support portfolio managers with Reg 9 reviews and client presentations.
