Public Buildings Service (PBS) within the General Services Administration seeks a Deputy Assistant Commissioner, Office of Portfolio Management, a Senior Executive Service position overseeing national portfolio strategy and asset performance.

The role focuses on leading portfolio management across federal real estate, coordinating with Congressional committees, the OMB, and other agencies to drive data‑driven decisions and optimal real estate solutions for taxpayers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Deputy Assistant Commissioner, Office of Portfolio Management, to optimize performance and value of GSA's real property portfolio.
• Oversee asset management, data‑driven analysis, and evaluation processes to deliver value to taxpayers.
• Develop and implement portfolio management processes, guiding PBS and federal agencies with optimal real estate solutions.
• Balance asset retention/disposition strategies, investment prioritization, market analysis, and long‑term portfolio sustainability.
• Communicate with Congressional committees, OMB, and federal agencies to represent PBS interests and build partnerships.
