PNC is seeking a Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Senior within the Community Development Banking group. The role is based in Houston, TX (with multiple U.S. city options) and focuses on reviewing due diligence, advising deal teams, and ensuring compliance with credit approvals and legal requirements.

The role emphasizes advanced analytics, risk assessment, and developing models to improve lending decisions and portfolio performance. Strong collaboration with multiple partners is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree; 3+ years of relevant/ direct industry experience preferred.
• Certifications often desired; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Review customized due diligence documentation and reporting for complex deals and regulatory requirements.
• Consult with customers, investors, and deal teams to execute transactions.
• Review transactions and related documents, verify disbursement readiness and adherence to approvals.
• Provide financial and regulatory reporting and analytics to monitor controls and risk.
• Develop analytical methods/models to assess market, credit, and operational risk of portfolios.
• Collaborate with business, credit, data, and model partners to design tests and reporting.
