Role Summary

The Senior Portfolio Analyst (PA) serves as a subject matter resource for assigned investment strategies and represents those portfolios across the firm. The role involves analyzing investment portfolios and developing institutional-level portfolio analysis to inform key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis on assigned investment strategies, incorporating financial market conditions and competitor analysis.
  • Create custom analysis to address client concerns or inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge to act as a subject matter resource on markets and portfolios.
  • Create quality investment messaging and deliver quarterly strategy updates.
  • Support portfolio managers and specialists in client inquiries and content creation.
  • Educate and train teams within T. Rowe Price on assigned investment portfolios.
  • Assist in mentoring new and junior team members.
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Preferred: 6+ years of investment experience, CFA and/or Master's degree.
  • Strong asset class knowledge and substantial institutional or intermediary investor experience.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00, depending on experience and skills.
