Ullico, Inc. seeks a Senior Portfolio Analyst to join its Real Estate Debt Group in Chicago, IL. You will manage mortgage portfolio analytics, cash flow projections, and reporting for internal and GAAP filings, reporting to the Regional VP.
You will support underwriting oversight, prepare quarterly and monthly reports, and coordinate ad-hoc analyses for senior management. Bachelor’s in Finance/Economics and 3–5 years CRE experience required.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $156,500 (depending on relevant experience, skills, and credentials). This position is eligible to participate in Ullico Inc.’s annual incentive compensation program. An incentive award is contingent upon Ullico meeting financial goals set by the Ullico Board of Directors and your individual performance. The elements of the program, including eligibility, the range of potential incentive compensation, and the factors that determine the payment, will be shared with you after you become employed.
