Job summary

Premier Island Management Group is seeking a dedicated Pool & Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to manage aquatic facilities and supervise a team of pool technicians. The role includes pool cleaning, chemical balancing, and overseeing special projects for the property's Lifestyle building.

You will ensure safety, maintain accurate chemical and maintenance records, assist owners and guests, and coordinate with management on vendor oversight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; vocational training preferred.
• CPO certification required; pool maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of pumps, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain aquatic facilities and Lifestyle building equipment.
• Oversee the pool maintenance team and assign tasks.
• Perform pool cleaning and chemical balance functions.
• Handle special projects and vendor oversight as needed.
• Record keeping, safety compliance, and customer service to Owners/Guests.

Job description

Hours/Days: Tuesday - Saturday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM. Sunday and Monday are off days.

Pool cleaning, chemical balancing, equipment repairs, LSC building maintenance, special projects, and vendor oversight.

• Summary of the main function/purpose of the position:To perform maintenance and repairs for the property's aquatic facilities and Lifestyle building. To oversee the team of pool maintenance technicians.

Occasional duties or projects which may be performed at irregular intervals:

• Assisting tower and unit maintenance technicians.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Records:Maintain accurate pool chemical records.

Safety: Perform all assigned tasks safely.

Customer Service:Assist owners and guests with any needs.

V. Educational and/or equivalent in experience requirements:

High school diploma required. Vocational training preferred. CPO certification required. AA or AS degree is preferred. Pool maintenance experience required.

Specialized or technical educational requirements:

• Knowledge of pumps, plumbing, and electrical.
• Extensive maintenance knowledge required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written instructions and reports.
• Ability to produce clear and concise reports.
• Simple mathematical skills: add, subtract, and divide; work with fractions.
• Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions when furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.

Certification or licensing requirements:

CPO certification

VI. Specialized equipment or machines used in the course of the duties of the position.

Ability to operate power tools and hand tools.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk. The employee will be required to occasionally get in pools and hot tubs
