Job summary

Swim Pro Service & Supply in Lexington, KY is seeking an experienced Senior Pool Technician to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate has at least five years of hands-on pool and spa service, repair, or related plumbing experience, with strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to customer service.

You will perform maintenance, repair, and installation of residential and commercial systems, diagnose issues, test water, and communicate findings to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in pool and spa service, maintenance, repair or commercial plumbing.
• Strong understanding of pool systems, hydraulics, and water chemistry.
• Proficiency with tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Certification (CPO, CPT, or equivalent) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, cleaning, and repair of swimming pools, spas, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with pumps, heaters, filters, automation systems, and plumbing.
• Conduct water testing and apply chemical treatments to maintain water balance.
• Communicate service results and recommendations to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of services and materials used.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and company standards.
• Represent company professionalism in client interactions.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors for efficient service.
