Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Pool Technician to perform maintenance on pools and spas across our properties. You will inspect, diagnose, repair and replace pool equipment to keep water safe and enjoyable for guests.

This role requires the ability to work independently or with a team, manage tasks on a schedule, and communicate across departments. The company offers a comprehensive benefits program for associates working 30+ hours per week, with seasonal staff often ineligible for paid time

Qualifications

• Perform inspection, repair and preventative maintenance on pool and spa equipment.
• Maintain water chemistry and adjust chemicals as needed.
• Plan and organize assignments to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Repair pool motors, pumps, heaters, filters and automatic controls.
• Test and adjust water chemistry; add necessary chemicals.
• Maintain pool decks and cleanliness; manage debris.
• Load/unload supplies and transport equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments and report findings.
