Qualifications

Proven pool repair experience including plumbing, vinyl liners and equipment work.
Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical instinct.
Ability to work independently on complex jobs and take ownership of repairs.
Pride in doing the job right the first time.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair pool equipment — pumps, heaters, filters, plumbing lines, and more
Handle vinyl liner replacements and repairs with real craftsmanship
Troubleshoot complex issues that routine maintenance techs pass up the chain
Perform equipment installs and upgrades for existing and new clients
Mentor and support junior technicians when they run into something over their head
Represent Puddle's standard of quality on every job, every time
