Job summary

LIVunLtd in New York is seeking an Area Manager to oversee property, location and building operations across assigned accounts. You will coordinate with the VP of Operations and on-site staff to ensure LIVunLtd standards and a seamless communication between corporate initiatives and field operations.

Experience with pools and aquatics is required. You will lead on-site teams, conduct weekly inspections, manage budgets, and report performance to the VP of Operations while maintaining LIVunLtd's

Qualifications

• Proven track record of qualitative and quantitative judgment and decision making.
• Strong business acumen with ability to oversee multiple locations.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Experience in hiring, coaching and training teams to create a luxury brand experience.
• Must be able to commute and walk to multiple locations in one day.
• Lifeguard certification may be required or beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop and support on-site staff to LIVunLtd standards.
• Anticipate client expectations and staffing changes, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Conduct weekly site inspections to maintain showroom-ready conditions, safety and service.
• Communicate directives from executives and VP of Operations to on-site teams.
• Recommend and implement operational improvements as needed.
• Ensure locations reflect LIVunLtd values and policies.
• Lead team meetings and coaching sessions with on-site managers.
• Maintain relationships with all on-site parties and provide leadership.
• Create a safety-first culture across all operations.
• Oversee budgets and scope of work within contractual agreements.
• Provide performance reports to VP of Operations.
