Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Sleep Tech for a part-time night position in College Station, TX. The Sleep Lab handles polysomnographic studies, patient education, and coordination with physicians to review results.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or 2 years of work experience beyond minimum.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in polysomnography or related field.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Certifications: Polysomnography Tech (POLYTECH).

Responsibilities

• Performs polysomnographic studies in a clinical setting, including oxygen titrations.
• Scores studies and prepares reports for physician interpretation.
• Communicates results to patients, families, and physicians.
• Maintains and calibrates Sleep Lab equipment; ensures infection control.
• Trains new Sleep Lab staff and supports performance improvements.
