Job summary

Earthjustice, a national nonprofit environmental law organization, seeks a Senior Research & Policy Analyst for the Gulf Regional Office. The role focuses on transportation electrification and policy support for Texas-based initiatives, with work from Austin or Houston on a hybrid arrangement.

You will conduct analyses, draft advocacy documents, and collaborate with lawyers, partners, and communities to advance clean energy and environmental justice objectives. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience analyzing scientific and technical documents and communicating to diverse audiences.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate policy and technical issues for public audiences.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
