Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to public policy, housing, or government operations.
• Experience in policy analysis, regulatory compliance, and program evaluations.
• Ability to translate complex policies into actionable guidance and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, develop, and recommend policies, procedures, and operational guidelines for Property Management programs.
• Review policies to identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor Federal, State, and local laws affecting Property Management operations and recommend updates.
• Conduct policy evaluations to assess compliance and performance outcomes.
• Develop KPIs, reporting tools, and evaluation frameworks for leadership.
• Prepare policy memos, executive briefings, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving policy implementation and organizational change.
• Coordinate with Property Management units to ensure consistent policy application.
• Provide policy guidance to management and staff.
