Job summary

The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families, Division of Milwaukee Child Welfare, BRAP, is seeking a Program and Policy Analyst - Advanced in Milwaukee, WI. This role provides research, evaluation, monitoring, and direction for child welfare programs while ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

The position supports coordination across divisions, improving outcomes for children and families and acts as a SME to staff and providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field related to Child Protective Services (CPS) and related duties.
• Experience using eWiSACWIS or similar systems to research and procure information.
• Experience interpreting and applying state and federal laws, WI Admin Rules, and policies/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide research, evaluation, monitoring, and direction across program areas for Milwaukee child welfare.
• Coordinate program activities and evaluate performance outcomes and quality improvement plans.
• Serve as subject matter expert and liaison to staff and providers to ensure coordinated service delivery.
