Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Activities Staff Officer (Influence, Deception & Perception Management) SME IV in Arlington, VA to support a high-visibility federal client within SASP. The role emphasizes policy development, analysis, and coordination of IDPM operations across DoD and Intelligence Community partners.

Applicants must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and bring 10+ years of policy experience in DoD/IC, with a track record in executive-level briefings, staff packages, and

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• 10+ years of policy development/analysis experience in the DoD or IC.
• Experience supporting influence operations, deception, or perception management activities.
• Experience operating in senior HQ environments (OSD, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, etc.).
• Experience producing executive briefings, staff packages, and congressional reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, coordinate, and promulgate policies and plans for IDPM operations.
• Support oversight and governance inspections of IDPM programs.
• Prepare senior leader staff packages, memos, and executive correspondence.
• Produce executive-level briefings and recommendations for senior leadership and Congress.
• Collaborate with DoD and IC partners to align IDPM activities with strategic objectives.
