Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks an Activities Staff Officer (Influence, Deception & Perception Management) SME IV in Arlington, VA to support a high-visibility federal SASP client. You will develop policies, coordinate plans, and prepare executive-level briefings for senior leadership and Congress.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years of DoD/IC policy experience with assessments or planning.
• Experience in influence operations, military deception, perception management, or related fields.
• Experience in senior headquarters environments (OSD, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, etc.).
• Experience producing executive-level briefings and staff documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, coordinate, and promulgate policies, strategies, and plans supporting IDPM operations.
• Support oversight, governance, inspections, and staff visits related to IDPM programs.
• Prepare senior leader packages, memoranda, policy recommendations, and executive correspondence.
• Produce executive briefings, reports, and recommendations for leadership, Congress, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across DoD and IC to align IDPM activities with strategic objectives.
