Job summary

Markon is building a talent pool of Policy/Governance Analysts to support future Intelligence Community missions. This pipeline identifies professionals for roles involving policy development, governance implementation, and leadership engagement.

Selected candidates will contribute to policy research, stakeholder coordination, and the creation of guidance and training materials across DoD and the Intelligence Community.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience researching, analyzing, and interpreting policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, review, revision, and implementation of policies, directives, guidance, and governance frameworks.
• Conduct research and analysis of existing policies, regulations, requirements, and emerging issues to identify gaps and suggest improvements.
• Evaluate policy impacts and develop recommendations to support priorities.
• Prepare policy documentation, leadership briefings, decision materials, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the Intelligence Community and other government organizations.
• Participate in Intelligence Community working groups, governance forums, and collaborative activities.
• Develop training materials, guidance, and communications to support awareness and implementation.
• Track policy actions, decisions, and requirements across multiple priorities.
