The CIO will lead strategic planning, governance and regulatory compliance, advocate for organizational needs, and coordinate cross‑agency teams to deliver secure, reliable technology services.
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations and management of the Office of Information Technology which is responsible for all Office of the Auditor General networks, information systems, data security, and user support. The CIO ensures that both the Information Technology and Information Security organizational objectives are met.
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in computer science or information technology (or the equivalent).
