OneAmerica is seeking a Senior Policy Manager to shape and advance our policy agenda in Washington State, with responsibilities spanning policy analysis, legislative advocacy, and coalition building. You will lead a portfolio of priorities, supervise a Policy Analyst, and coordinate contract lobbyists to ensure alignment with community perspectives.

Qualificações

5+ years of experience working in advocacy.
1-2+ years of direct management experience.
Strong public policy analysis and the ability to move from assessment to recommendations.
Ability to spot emerging political or policy threats and develop proactive policy solutions.
Experience managing multiple campaigns, projects, coalitions, or policy portfolios.

Responsabilidades

Lead policy analysis, development and strategy for immigrant defense, childcare/education, and democracy reform.
Coordinate Washington State policy and legislative advocacy, including working with contract lobbyists.
Monitor federal policy developments and support municipal campaigns as needed.
Ensure community priorities influence policy development and advocacy plans.
Supervise the Policy Analyst and align lobbying activities with organizational strategy.
