Job summary

The role leads a team, manages budgets and external partners, and integrates health equity into messaging while collaborating with senior leaders to advance RWJF priorities and advocate for health equity across diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in communications.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic communications in a policy-related environment.
• Ability to travel for meetings and events, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Translate program strategies, research, and emerging opportunities into clear communications plans with measurable objectives.
• Shape and prioritize communications priorities to engage and activate audiences around key narratives and policy changes.
• Embed equity and Truth, Repair, and Transformation principles into communications counsel and messaging.
