Job summary

Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, based in Princeton, NJ, seeks an Associate Vice President, Communications Studio to lead a multidisciplinary team, set creative direction, and translate strategic priorities into integrated, high-impact communications. You will strengthen the RWJF brand and align people, resources, and partners around top priorities during a period of organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

Set creative vision and quality standards for RWJF communications.
Translate priorities into integrated plans across digital, creative, media relations, messaging, content, and events.
Lead high-priority campaigns from planning through launch with clear ownership.
Align Studio capabilities with top priorities and foster cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Develop and mentor multidisciplinary staff and manage agencies and budgets.
