Ontario Native Women's Association (ONWA) is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to lead policy research, analysis, and development to support the safety and well‑being of Indigenous women and their families. Reporting to the Policy Manager, you will provide evidence‑based leadership to ONWA’s advocacy and the development of culturally relevant policies, legislation, programs, and best practices.
