Take Control Initiative LLC, a Tulsa-based non-profit, seeks a Legislative & Policy Analyst to analyze Oklahoma legislation affecting women’s health. You will educate lawmakers, partners, and the public with clear data-driven insights and track policy developments across sessions.

The role requires strong writing, analytical judgment, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Hybrid office schedule; some travel may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2 years related experience or an Associate’s with 4 years related experience.
• 2+ years work experience in policy analysis/advocacy/public policy preferred.
• Familiarity with Oklahoma state legislative process and tracking.
• Interest in public health, maternal health, sexual and reproductive health.
• Experience with web design and coding preferred.

Mansioni

• Analyze legislation and policy impacts within Metriarch scope.
• Provide facilitation for weekly legislative calls during sessions.
• Maintain Metriarch Legislative Tracker and update pages as needed.
• Support Metriarch website content and staff approvals.
• Translate policy findings into clear, audience-appropriate materials.
