Job summary

Trinity Life Sciences is seeking an Associate Principal to lead primary market research engagements across therapeutic areas and geographies. This role oversees study planning, data collection, analysis, and delivery of the core story, working with client teams to achieve successful outcomes.

The position requires 8+ years in pharma marketing research, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor staff while collaborating with global teams. Expect travel 2–3 weeks quarterly as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in sciences, business, math, statistics or engineering.
• Minimum of 8+ years direct supplier side pharmaceutical marketing research experience.
• At least 3 years of project, people and client management experience.
• Hands-on management of quantitative and qualitative primary market research from design to delivery.
• Expertise across methodologies: forecasting, segmentation, product development, pricing, tracking, etc.
• Well-versed in life sciences industry and client-facing work.
• Travel approx. 2–3 weeks per quarter depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of research engagements from planning to client presentation.
• Staffing assignments and timeline management for project teams.
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary contact.
• Identify new project opportunities with existing clients and propose approaches.
• Mentor and develop assigned staff; collaborate cross-functionally.
