Job summary

Trinity Life Sciences is seeking an Associate Principal to join its fast-growing primary market research team. This research management role will lead all phases of quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods studies for diverse clients and geographies.

You will oversee study planning, data collection, analysis, and the core story delivered to clients, while mentoring staff and managing timelines. Travel 2–3 weeks per quarter as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years direct supplier side pharmaceutical marketing research experience.
• At least 3 years of project, people and client management experience.
• Hands-on management of both quantitative and qualitative primary market research.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of research engagements from planning to delivery.
• Staffing, timeline management, and client relationship ownership.
• Collaborate with Trinity teams on cross-functional engagements.
• Travel approx. 2-3 weeks per quarter.
• Mentor and develop assigned talent.
