Job summary

Elliott Davis is seeking a Project Management Senior Associate to join the Digital Consulting Services team. You will support enterprise transformation projects, providing governance, delivery leadership, and white-glove project management to deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.

You'll collaborate with project leaders, manage scope and milestones, and drive risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting across multiple workstreams in fast-paced client environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience in technology transformation project management, consulting, or PMO environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated, enterprise-level project plans.
• Establish governance structures, including steering committees and decision-making frameworks.
• Ensure alignment on scope, objectives, success metrics, and business outcomes.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on progress, risks, financials, and dependencies.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues before impacting project outcomes.
• Manage key milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned to strategic goals.
• Remove obstacles and maintain forward momentum across all workstreams.
• Serve as the central point of coordination across client leadership, business teams, and vendors.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between technical and functional stakeholders.
• Proactivity with meetings, workshops, and decision forums to drive execution and clarity.
• Lead structured project closeout processes, ensuring all deliverables are completed and accepted.
• Verify quality standards and alignment with business objectives.
• Document lessons learned and support continuous improvement efforts.
